  • 1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Soak Grape-Nuts in boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Add milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt to Grape-Nuts mixture.

    Beat eggs until light.

    Blend into pudding mixture.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool on rack.
