  • 3 cups (700 ml) milk
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) grapenuts
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • cinnamon

    Scald milk.

    Add grapenuts; let cool.

    Add salt.

    Beat 2 egg yolks with sugar; add to grapenuts.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    Beat egg whites last and fold in gently.

    Bake 1 hour or so in 350 degree (175 C.) oven.
