Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups wheat and barley cereal nuggets
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.

3Combine cereal and milk; let stand 3 minutes.

4Stir in eggs and oil.

5Add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened.

6Stir in bananas.

7Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

8Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

9Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.

10Cool completely on wire rack.

11Note: For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight.
