  • 4 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Scald milk.

    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in large mixing bowl.

    Add scalding milk slowly, while mixing thoroughly. Add Grape-Nuts and pour into baking dish.

    Set in pan with hot water and bake 1 hour at 350° in a preheated oven.
