Grape-Nuts Pudding

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Grape-Nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. whole milk
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with a fork in a medium size casserole dish, adding Grape-Nuts last.

    Place glass casserole dish in a pan of water and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Test with a sharp knife.

    Pudding should be firm.

    Serve warm with whipped cream.
