- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese or Feta cheese
- 6 large potatoes, sliced
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 to 6 sliced green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- margarine
Directions

1Line cast-iron skillet with bacon.

2Layer thin sliced potatoes and sliced Swiss or crumbled Feta and green onions.

3Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

4Dot last layer with margarine.

5Cook 5 minutes on top of stove.

6Cover and cook 45 minutes in a 425° oven.

7Turn off and let sit in hot oven for 15 minutes.

8Reverse onto platter after draining off grease.
