- 1 prepared pie shell
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. tapioca
- 5 c. Thompson seedless grapes
Directions

1Blend together the sugar, flour, tapioca and cinnamon.

2Add the grapes; toss gently.

3Allow to stand for about 15 minutes. Line a pie dish with a standard crust.

4Pour grape mixture into crust; dot with 1 tablespoon butter.

5Cover with lattice top crust strips.

6Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for about an hour, or until golden.
