  • 1 prepared pie shell
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. tapioca
  • 5 c. Thompson seedless grapes

Directions

    Blend together the sugar, flour, tapioca and cinnamon.

    Add the grapes; toss gently.

    Allow to stand for about 15 minutes. Line a pie dish with a standard crust.

    Pour grape mixture into crust; dot with 1 tablespoon butter.

    Cover with lattice top crust strips.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for about an hour, or until golden.
