  • 3 c. Concord grapes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 recipe plain pastry

Directions

    Slip skins from grapes.

    Bring pulp to boiling.

    Put through sieve to remove seeds.

    Mix skins with flour, salt, lemon juice and sugar.

    Mix in pulp.

    Put in shell.

    Pat in butter.

    Add top crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.
