  • 5 c. grapes
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Remove seeds from grapes.

    Boil 15 minutes.

    Stir in sugar, tapioca and rind.

    Spoon into an unbaked pie shell.

    Cut a slit in top crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes.
