Grapefruit Jelly

Directions

   Measure sugar; set aside.

   Measure grapefruit juice into large pan.

   Stir in Sure-Jell and mix.

   Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

   Add sugar; bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat and pour into jars.

   Top with paraffin.
