  • 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) Campari
  • 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth
  • Grapefruit peel twist

    Combine gin, grapefruit juice, Campari, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with grapefruit peel twist.
