Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. small chocolate chips
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 c. sour cream (lo-cal okay)
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. 4x sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. boiling water or more if needed

    Beat ingredients together.

    Stir in the chocolate chips.

    Put in a greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

    Remove and frost when cool.

    The following glaze works well.
