  • 1 box Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 pt. softened vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 small Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together for crust.

    Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

    Mix all other ingredients, except Cool Whip and nuts.

    Pour over cracker crumbs.

    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.

    Freeze for at least 3 hours.
