  • 3/4 cups Skim Milk
  • 24 whole Large Marshmallows
  • 1/4 cups Green Creme De Menth
  • 1/4 cups Creme De Cacao (clear)
  • 1 tub (8 Oz. Container) Cool Whip
  • Hot Fudge (optional)
  • Whipped Cream For Topping (optional)
