  • 1 box lemon cake mix (without the pudding mix)
  • 1 box (4 serving size) instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Mix cake mix and lemon pudding, then add eggs, lemon extract, lemon juice and oil.

    Beat with mixer well.

    Cook on 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

    While cake is cooking make the glaze.
