- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. mint extract
- 4 to 6 drops green food coloring
- 15 thin chocolate mint wafers, chopped to make 1/2 c.
- 1 Oreo pie crust
Directions

1In a large bowl, gradually stir whipped topping into marshmallow cream.

2Stir in mint extract and food coloring; fold in mints.

4Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.

5Frozen mixture will be firm, but not hard.
