   start by baking your cupcakes as directed let cool.

   ice your cupcakes generously.

   add donut to each cupcake.

   with icing add a dollop to candy corn and stick to center of donut.

   add black dots with decorating gel for mouth & eyes

   the twizzlers can be pulled and peeled.

   I did it in threes.wrap around neck for scarf.

   then add buttons to center.

   add pretzels sticks each side for arms..
