  • 2 c. light whipped topping
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. mint extract
  • 4 to 6 drops green food coloring
  • 15 thin mint wafers, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1 Oreo pie crust

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir whipped topping into marshmallow cream. Stir in mint extract and food coloring.

    Fold in chopped mint wafers.

    Spoon onto Oreo pie crust.
