  • 1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
  • few drops green food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in ungreased 9-inch pie pan.

    Press evenly against bottom and side of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
