Ingredients

  • 18 chocolate cookies
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 oz. creme de menthe
  • 1 1/2 oz. creme de cacao
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Prepare chocolate cookie crust and melted butter.

    Press into a 9-inch pan.

    Save a little for a garnish for the top.

    Bake crust for 5 minutes at 350°; cool.

    Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler with milk.

    Cool until lukewarm.

    Add creme de menthe and cacao.

    Whip heavy cream until thick; add and fold into marshmallow mixture.

    Fill pie shell and chill.

    Add crumb topping for garnish.
