  • 34 cup powdered sugar
  • 34 cup margarine or 34 cup butter, softened
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 14 teaspoon mint extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup margarine or 14 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon mint extract
  • 6 drops green food coloring

    Heat oven to 325 degrees .

    Grease 13x9 inch pan.

    In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 3/4 cup margarine until light and fluffy.

    Stir in melted cooled chocolate.

    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, 1 tablespoon milk and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract to margarine mixture; mix well.

    Dough will be stiff.

    Press dough into greased pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until center is set.

    Cool completely.

    In large bowl, blend all topping ingredients; beat til smooth.
