  • 3 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 qt. whipping cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Layer potatoes slices in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Stir together cream and remaining ingredients; pour mixture over potatoes.

    Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and mixture is bubbly and golden.
