- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 12 cups vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper

1Cooking Instructions.

2In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic and chopped onion.

3Cook until the onion is translucent.

4Add flour and soy sauce to make a paste.

5Gradually mix in the broth into the paste, stirring constantly.

6Over medium heat, bring the gravy to a boil.
