- 1 lemon or lime
- 1 onion
- 1 large tomato
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, oleo or butter
Directions

1Arrange fish in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish; turn under thin edges.

2Salt and pepper as desired.

3Slice thin the lemon or lime and onion.

4Place citrus slices over fish.

5Separate onion into rings and place over fish-citrus.
