- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sliced onion
Directions

1Cook potatoes, sliced, until soft in salt water.

2Melt butter in top of double boiler over direct heat; stir in flour and mustard.

3Add milk, salt and pepper.

4Stir over boiling water until smooth and thick.

5Arrange potatoes, tuna and onion in alternate layers in greased 2-quart casserole.

6Pour sauce over all.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
