Ingredients
- 2 to 5 chopped onions
- 1 or 2 large bunches parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sauteed in olive oil
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 cans chicken and rice soup
- 2 cans chili beans
- ground beef (optional, 1 to 2 lb.)
- Pickapepper
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 soup can wine vinegar (add just before serving)
Directions

1Saute first 3 ingredients and ground beef.

2Add other ingredients.

3Add water if it is too thick.

4Heat 1 1/2 hours.

5May be served with Parmesan cheese on top.
