- 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 3 1/3 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F ( 200 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 inch round pan.

2Bring eggs to room temperature and separate.

3Melt dark chocolate and butter or margarine over low heat.

4Beat egg yolks, flour, and water. Add the chocolate mixture. Beat the egg whites, and fold into the chocolate batter.

5Pour into prepared pan, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
