- 2 slices bread, crusts removed
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In a bowl, break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.

2Mix together with other ingredients.

3Shape into cakes. Melt two tablespoons butter with two tablespoons oil and fry crab cakes until golden brown (about seven minutes each side). Makes six small cakes or four large cakes.
