  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 16 to 20 oz. jar salsa

Directions

    Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle on diced onion and pepper. Cover with salsa, then Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 350° oven.

    Serve with nacho chips.
