  • fresh dolphin fillet (any size)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry

Directions

    Make a doubled tinfoil dish with a tinfoil top.

    Put fillet in and cover with 1/2 of the sauce (combined ingredients).

    Cover with tinfoil top and either put on grill or bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes to touch.

    Baste with sauce halfway through.
