  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 oz. apricot jam

Directions

    Combine soup mix, dressing and jam.

    Mix well (no lumps!). Wash and skin chicken.

    Pat dry; overlap chicken in large, flat Pyrex or 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spoon sauce over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours, 1 hour, covered and 1 hour, uncovered.
