- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon oregano fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon vinegar optional
Directions

1Wash and trim the beans.

2Steam the green beans for 5 minutes.

3Add 1 pinch of salt in the process of steaming.

4When the green beans are ready put in a large bowl, then add: salt, pepper, sesame seeds (or walnuts are good as well).

5Add oregano and 2 tablespoons of olive oil mix very well.

6If you wish, add vinegar.

7Serve warm of cold.
