  • 3 lb. cut up chicken
  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 2 lemons
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 c. solid Crisco
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oregano

Directions

    Place chicken in a 10 x 13-inch pan.

    Quarter potatoes and put around chicken.
  3. 3
    Put all the seasonings and Crisco on and around chicken and potatoes.

    Then slice lemons and squeeze on top of chicken and potatoes.

    Cover with foil and cook at 400° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
