- 3 1/2 pounds chicken breasts halves, boned, skinned
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 each onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon margarine or butter, whipped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarsely ground
- 1 each tomatoes cut into 6 wedges
Directions

1Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt.

2Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts.

3Marinate over night.

4Melt whipped margarine in frying pan.

5Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned.

6Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
