- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed Cheddar cheese or cream of chicken soup
- 8 eggs
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1In medium bowl, stir soup until smooth. Gradually beat in eggs and pepper.

2In 10-inch skillet over low heat, melt margarine. Pour in egg mixture.

3As eggs begin to set, stir lightly so uncooked egg mixture flows to bottom.

4Cook until set, but still very moist.

5If desired, garnish with parsley.

6Serve immediately.
