  • 2 lb. potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly.

    Place in shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, stirring several times during baking.

    Cover with foil if it browns too fast.
