  • 1 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
  • 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Greek olives
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato wedges

Directions

    In skillet, saute celery and onions in margarine until limp. Add shrimp, rice, seasonings, cheese, olives and tomatoes. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and shrimp are done.
