- 1 (5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. tahini paste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- olive oil (about 1/4 c.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pita bread triangles
- cucumber slices
- zucchini slices
Directions

1Combine ingredients, except bread, cucumber and zucchini, in food processor or blender on high until smooth.
