Green Bean Bake

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 (9 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can French fried onions (divided use)
  • 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives (optional)

Directions

    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, stir soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper until smooth.

    Stir in drained green beans, 1/2 of onions and olives.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until bubbly; stir.

    Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.

    Garnish with additional olives, if desired.

    Makes about 4 cups.

    May easily be doubled.
