- 2 cans French-cut seasoned green beans
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. grated onion (optional)
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
Directions

1Heat beans to boiling and drain.

2Pour beans in large casserole dish.

3Put onion on top.

4Add celery soup.

5Add cheese. Melt butter and add to cracker crumbs.

6Put crumbs on top of cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
