- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 5 to 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- grated cheese to cover top of casserole
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Place in casserole layers of vegetables, soup and water chestnuts.
