- 1 can 99% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen green beans, thawed and drained
- 1 3/4 c. crushed fat-free onion Melba rounds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Have a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish ready.

3Mix soup, water, soy sauce and pepper in casserole.

4Stir in green beans and 1 cup of crushed crackers.

5Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot.

6Uncover and sprinkle with remaining crackers and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
