- 1/2 lb green beans, frenched (sometimes shaved with a peeler, or just cut lengthways)
- 1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
- 2 radishes, sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup feta, crumbled (try blue for a change or your favorite)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (go wild and go lime)
- kosher salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Wisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl large enough for everything.
