  • Slaw
  • 1/2 lb green beans, frenched (sometimes shaved with a peeler, or just cut lengthways)
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
  • 2 radishes, sliced very thin
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled (try blue for a change or your favorite)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (go wild and go lime)
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Directions

    Wisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl large enough for everything.

    Throw all the slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss.
