  • 4 ham hocks, cooked
  • 2 lb. fresh green beans, snapped
  • 2 lb. new red potatoes, cut up in 1/4-inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 gal. milk
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil ham hocks.

    When done (meat falling off), take out of water.

    Put potatoes and green beans in water and boil until done. Drain.
