- 2 lb. fresh green beans, snapped
- 2 lb. new red potatoes, cut up in 1/4-inch chunks
- 1 1/2 gal. milk
- 1/4 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil ham hocks.

2When done (meat falling off), take out of water.

3Put potatoes and green beans in water and boil until done. Drain.
