- 2 lb. lamb or beef, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 1/2 lb. green beans
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Place meat in pot.

2Cover with water; let boil for half an hour, skimming broth.

3Wash and cut beans.

4Add to meat and cook until meat is tender.

5Add onion, tomatoes and spices.

6Fry garlic in butter; add to beans.

7Cook until beans are tender. Serve with fluffy rice.
