- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. mandarin juice
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
- 2 c. green beans, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until softened.

2Blend mandarin juice and cornstarch together.

3Add to onion along with salt and lime juice. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.

4Add pimiento and combine with hot cooked beans.

5Serves 4.
