- 4 cans French-style green beans, well drained
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo.

2Gradually add flour and then milk and cheese.

3Cook slowly until it thickens. Add drained pimentos and mushrooms.

4Pour over 4 cans well drained French-style green beans that are in baking dish.

5Cover with cracker crumbs.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
