Green Beans Caesar

  • 1 1/2 lb. green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Heat green beans in water; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, then cover and cook for another 15 minutes (or until beans start to get tender).

    Drain water.

    In ungreased casserole dish, put beans, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and margarine together and sprinkle on top of beans.

    Sprinkle with paprika for color.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
