  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cooked tender
  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • paprika to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Combine beans, onion, garlic, oil and vinegar.

    Pour into 1-quart baking dish. Combine crumbs, cheese and margarine.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
