- 1 lb. stew meat
- 3 beef cubes
- chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 large can green chiles and tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Directions

1Cook stew meat and beef cubes in crock-pot overnight.

2In morning, stir and add chopped onion, salt, pepper and green chiles and tomatoes; simmer all day.

3Add cumin; thicken slightly with cornstarch, if needed.

4Heat tortilla shells and place meat mixture in them and sprinkle with cheese in shell.

5Roll and put taco sauce over rolled shell.
